Mr. Callahan graduated from Harvard Law School. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation.
He has represented plaintiffs and defendants in energy infrastructure and construction disputes, trademark infringement prosecution and defense, consumer DTPA claims, securities class actions, First Amendment issues, adversary proceedings in bankruptcy court, and professional malpractice cases.
During law school, Mr. Callahan was a finalist in the Ames Moot Court Competition and was an intern with the U.S. Department of Justice, Anti-terrorism Division and the Anti-terrorism Section of U.S. Attorney's Office in Boston, Massachusetts.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Callahan served as a Captain in the U.S. Army's Military Intelligence branch. Among his assignments were counter-narcotics missions along the U.S.-Mexico border and counter-terrorist operations in Sarajevo, Bosnia. Mr. Callahan was awarded the Bronze Star Medal while serving with the 4th Infantry Division during Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Mr. Callahan is admitted to practice in all Texas state and federal courts. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Houston Bar Association, and Houston Young Lawyers Association.
