Mr. Farrer graduated with honors from the University of Texas School of Law, where he received the Judge Thomas Gibbs Gee Endowed Presidential Scholarship in Law and served as a Notes Editor for the Texas Law Review. Following law school, Mr. Farrer clerked for Judge Jeffrey S. Sutton of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
Prior to law school, Mr. Farrer played professional soccer for almost nine years, including a six-and-a-half-year stint with FC Dallas of Major League Soccer (formerly the Dallas Burn).
Mr Farrer's practice focuses on appellate litigation. He has represented clients in state and federal court appeals involving antitrust, complex commercial disputes, constitutional law (including First Amendment issues), attorney sanctions, and forum-selection and arbitration clauses. He has represented clients in mandamus proceedings in state and federal courts.
