At Yetter, Warden & Coleman, we pride ourselves on providing the highest quality legal services in the preparation, trial, and appeal of complex commercial cases. Our attorneys possess impressive professional and academic credentials, and our successes are a result of our team's depth of knowledge, skill, and expertise. While our paths to the Firm varied, we each share the same dedication to our clients' causes, commitment to professional growth, and maintenance of the highest ethical standards. As a result, our attorneys enjoy the confidence of our clients and respect of our peers.
We interview law students, attorneys completing judicial clerkships, and attorneys already practicing who have an interest in joining our Firm. Our team has grown both by "word of mouth" regarding our exciting and diverse litigation practice and through our Summer Associate Program.
We recruit from the top law schools around the country, looking for bright students with strong academic skills who have an interest in litigation and are ready to assume responsibility in ongoing trial, arbitration, and appellate matters. We are looking for students with top academic credentials and law review, journal, advocacy, and/or judicial clerkship experience.
The Firm offers a compensation package that historically has exceeded those of the largest firms in Texas. In addition to a competitive annual salary, we offer annual merit bonuses that reflect the performance of the Firm and the individual's contribution to our success. We also pay professional fees and expenses, including bar review courses and moving expenses, and provide a competitive benefits package.

On Campus Interviews
Yetter, Warden & Coleman conducts on-campus interviews in the fall of each year at Harvard, Columbia, University of Virginia, and University of Texas law schools, to meet with students and talk with them about the Firm's practice and opportunities to become a part of our team. Following the on-campus interviews, certain students may be invited to the Firm's offices in Houston or Austin to meet additional lawyers.
Summer Associate Program
Each year, Yetter, Warden & Coleman invites a limited number of second-year law students to spend part of their summer working at the Firm and participating in all aspects of our cases, including trials, depositions, mediations, and hearings handled by our attorneys. Our Summer Associate Program provides law students an opportunity to experience life as a Yetter & Warden lawyer.
The Firm's trial and appellate practice is a fast-paced, challenging, high-stakes, and exciting mix of business and technology litigation in a collegial, small-firm atmosphere. We believe our diverse litigation environment offers our summer associates the opportunity to define their interests and hone their skills in a variety of areas.
